What is your shipping and delivery process?
We offer White Glove Delivery for a flat rate. Our delivery partners will bring the piece into your room of choice, perform full assembly, and remove all packaging materials.
Can I order fabric or leather swatches?
Yes, we offer complimentary swatches to help you experience our premium materials in your own light. You can order up to five swatches at no cost through our website.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your home. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for most items. Please note that a 10% restocking fee applies, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We stand behind our quality with a limited lifetime warranty on frames and springs, and a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects in cushions and upholstery.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Because each piece is custom-made to order, lead times typically range from 6 to 10 weeks depending on the specific item and fabric selection.
