Return Process

Contact our Design Associates within 30 days of delivery to begin your return or exchange process and receive a return authorization.
- 2.Prepare for Pickup
Ensure the item is in original, like-new condition; our specialized furniture logistics team will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time.
- 3.Professional Inspection
Once your piece arrives back at our facility, our quality control team will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return eligibility standards.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After a successful inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a 10% return processing fee.
